Lost almost £3000 dealing with this company that trains people in the east midlands,very unprofessional dont pick calls subcontracts to other companies without your knowledge therefore you end up receiving communication from people you dont even know

Price is rip-off for individual's,whom pay themselves.
No wonder industry short.
When card expires, not going to renewal. Hopefully vehicle's will be automated by then.

Had to do 14 hours training at very short notice, managed to get booked in and get the hours in less than a week, at a very reasonable price. Tom and Peter(the instructors) were great,I was skeptical about an online course, but no matter, I quite enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Tom,Peter and driver hire if you need any training

Tried to change the course date because of ill health,but they refused and asked for 48 hours notice even if you give notice they will still charge you £15 admin fee ,But how some one knows he will be ill in last 48 hours,poor customer service and ripping off drivers no couertsy at all.never book with them again

W ciągu 2 tygodni zrobiłem 5 modułów. Był to czas kiedy inne firmy nie miały wolnych terminów.
Każdy moduł był prowadzony przez innego trenera. Nie jest to regułą, tak trafiłem. Jedni prowadzący radzili sobie lepiej inni średnio.

Polecam zainstalowanie platformy/ aplikacji Webex przed przystąpieniem do kursu, pozwala to uniknąć wielu problemów technicznych.

Do tej pory zrobiłem 20 modułów z różnymi firmami. wszędzie wygląda to podobnie: nudy. Driver Hire spełnił moje oczekiwania, kwalifikacje zostały przedłużone o 5 lat. Kursy pojawiały się na DVSA do 3 dni, najszybciej kolejnego dnia (w dniu otrzymania faktury i certyfikatu na e-mail).
