Hard to get ahold of anyone, then orders not arriving correctly, the resolution reship also incorrect, delaying our landscaping and causing additional costs. Love the product but not the experience as a shopper, making it less and less likely for future patronage. Have been a longtime customer usually shopping product from nursery, switched to the direct site for additional selection, but likely switching back to nursery due to shopping woes.

The roses were shipped way too early for my zone. We are still having below freezing weather. Planting time is end of April here. Why were they shipped at the start of April? Now I have to keep these bare root roses alive until the weather is suitable.
