I’ve ordered five rose roots including one Boscobel months in advance. Boscobel did not arrive. I’ve received a double order of another rise instead. I contacted the customer service and they said they don’t have it anymore… it really looks like duplication of another rise was not a mistake but they sold out Boscobel even when it was preordered.. very disappointed and just hurt by this practice.
