The last time I called with a question the wait time was at least 15 minutes, too long. My replacement roses arrived in good condition. Now I wait for them to bloom to make sure they are the right rose .

My bare-root roses arrived in good condition, a few even had buds and new growth on them. Everything was well-packaged with no signs of damage and good sized roots. They got here in the midst of a cold spell so I planted them up in some pots until I can transplant them outside. The included instructions were easy to follow and made it simple to accomplish.

I ordered five roses and turned out that three of them are not available. I was very excited to ordered those three roses because they were hard to get. I feel disappointed.
