The roses are beautiful from David Austin and I don’t purchase from other growers. They’re always healthy and in extreme circumstances if something happens to one the company stands by their replacement policy. I will say the customer service is great whether through email or phone call. I just wish more types (breeds) were sold in the US.

This review is from Candice Moir Davis When I received my order US548100 on 3/26/25 with the two Sophie's roses that I had been waiting for since last year, I was very disappointed. The plastic the roses came in had no water or moisture whatsoever. The roots were dry and one of the roses had no green color, looked dead. I followed the instructions, watering for two hours and then planted as instructed. The one rose that looked dead still looks dead, the other rose has a little green color on the main stem but still no signs of leafing out.
