The roses were really large and looked to be in very healthy condition. I was able to add on a rose to my already placed order with no hassle at all. This is a great experience for me and my first order from them. I will definitely be looking for more next year!

Last year my Roald Dahl rose did not make it. I sent a photo to the staff with an explanation of how it was planted and watered. A replacement is coming this spring. Also, I needed reassurance that I could soak my bare root rose for more than 24 hours. The weather was 34 degree wind chill which the roses wouldn't mind, but too cold for me. Staff gave me great feedback and support.

Dormant roses arrived at the perfect time to plant in my garden, despite an unusually variable spring. Five roses shipped in good shape; one suffered two broken root trunks. We’ll keep an eye how it responds now that it’s in soil.

I was sent an unhealthy bare root rose that appeared to have a disease. I contacted customer service who told me it looked fine. It never showed any signs of life after weeks. When I contected them again to let them know, they told me they were all out of roses, and their guarantee means they willl refund or replace it… next year. Even though their website states orders are still open. I will not order again.

Beautiful healthy plants! I live in zone 4, I don't offer winter protection for my roses. All my DA roses come back beautifully from the ground

as always . happy about the bare roots. Just one note . one of the bare roots was left cross and recross . .pruned and left crossed and inside. That was a big miss.

My experience with David Austin over the last 10+ years has been excellent. At this point, I’ve ordered over 50 roses from DA. I received 5 roses from DA this week. My experience was uniformly good: good customer service/communication, fast shipping, high quality. I’m not done with DA yet…
