I've ordered from David Austin for several years now. The price is reasonable and the shipping is done at the appropriate time for my area. This year, I received some extra large bare roots from which I'm expecting great results. Austin roses are the most fragrant and healthy. I have a Gertrude Jekyll that has thrived for more than two decades without any spraying ever. Wonderful roses!
