"One bare root rose is missing in the…"

One bare root rose is missing in the order of 9. The customer support is not responding. The orders takes much longer to be delivered. The packaging is not good. They just entangle all the bare roots into a plastic bag. I can't understand why other people rate this company so high.

This is what I receive after sending an email to customer care.

Great quality of plants. After receiving bare roots 2 month ago, most of them are blooming or at least have buds.

I could find no way to delay the delivery of my roses, so they will likely not make it as I had to leave the state for a death in the family.

My order of 6 new bate roots came nicely packaged and all of the bare roots looked nice and healthy.

When I received my 1st order, I was so impressed with my 2 bare root roses that I decided to order 1 more, since it's safe to plant in my zone they shipped this one out super fast and the quality of the bare root was again top notch, they are in the ground and I'm seeing some new growth already, can't wait to see how much better they will get as they grow!

Ordering a rose in February was fun. And I also realized I would have to wait a couple months before it arrived. I waited till April to email - because I was curious about the shipping time table. As soon as I emailed, I got a generated reply. And soon afterwards received a follow-up reply from a real person. I was informed that the rose would ship shortly. I felt well taken care of. (BTW I purchased the Abraham Darby rose many years ago. Whenever I share a cut rose, people always rave about the fragrance - which makes me happy!😊)

My boxes were smashed and torn and retaped
The instructions were missing.
The rose’s seemed to be fine.
I have planted them and can only hope that they grow.
I am excited and my hopes are good.

I love that I can get a nice healthy rose bush in the mail for a reasonable price. Love that it comes in a big plastic bag with specific instructions on how to plant it and it comes right to my door.
