"Such an amazing find! Will be ordering again"

The experience was amazing from start to finish! A friend from work told me about triangle nursery when I was telling her how frustrated I was with how expensive bridal flowers were! So I chose some bunches that I liked, my wedding was autumnal themed so I chose a selection of dried dlowers in oranges, reds and yellows along with some dried foliage. Doing it this way meant I could do it months in advance of my wedding and they would still look great on the day! The flowers arrived so quickly and packaged really conveniently. Everything was an amazing quality and I didn't want to mess things up so I emailed them a few questions about how to maintain the colour and also how to stop the colours transferring onto the dresses when the time came, the customer service team were so helpful and gave me all the answers I needed. I stored my flowers for 4 months in a dark dry space and when the wedding rolled around they were still as perfect as they had been when they arrived. Some of my bridesmaid's still have their bouquets on display in their house as they still look good! So happy triangle nursery was recommended to me, I can't wait to order again!

"I found Triangle recently when…"

I found Triangle recently when searching for ways I could buy foliage to create christmas decorations for my salon. I made an order of around £150 and was thrilled with my delivery. The mix of traditional and modern foliage sent was lovely, unique and beautiful quality. The items were so well packed ensuring nothing was damaged in transit. I used every last piece and made another smaller order to complete the decorations. We were able to make a large wreath, 2 potted arrangements, a lantern arrangement, multiple sprigs for the stair rods and a couple for the ends of a large beam. The selection was brilliant and prices were fair. To be able to get the delivered for a good price was very helpful as we don't live anywhere near Triangle. The only improvement would be if customers like me were able to buy some of the other flower and foliage varieties in smaller batches but i know that isn't always possible. I will definitely be using Triangle again in future.

"Super quality, beautiful flowers."

I was nervous ordering flowers online without being able to see them, but I needn't have worried as they arrived safely, on time and well packed. I had ordered quite a quantity of flowers for arrangements in the church for a wedding which took place on a Thursday. The only downside was that there was no Monday delivery and I had to have them delivered on a Sunday. However, they were such good quality that the flowers were still in situ in the church two weeks later looking as fresh as the day I arranged them. It's now four weeks since the wedding and although some flowers have now died I have still been able to use enough of them to create a pedestal arrangement for the Sunday service. So great value for money. I have had numerous comments on the quality of the flowers. Thank- you so much Triangle Nursery, I won't hesitate to use you again.

I ordered flowers for a christening in Scotland.
Being a retired florist I am a fussy customer!
My order duly arrived on the correct day, in immaculate condition, due largely to the expert packaging.
I would have no hesitation in using Triangle Nursery again.

"Very good company"

I have recently purchased flowers from Triangle Nursery, and I have to say I am lost for words. An amazing experience from the beginning till the end. Customer service is great, and very easy communication with professional people, they sorted out a few issues for me too. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re thinking to buy flowers online.

"Flawless service from start to finish"

Flawless service from start to finish. Ordered flowers for my father-in-laws funeral and they arrived in pristine condition. Not a stem broken.
I made his casket arrangement in the colours of the Irish flag and the quality of the blooms were stunning. There were plenty of flowers left over and they are still going strong two weeks later. Will definitely be a return customer. Many thanks x

"The whole team are amazing and I would 100% recommended using Triangle Nursery."

I am no florist and have only dabbled in putting flowers together from a school work experience placement nearly 20 years ago. So, as a complete novice and during the first lock down, I decided to put my own wedding flowers together.

Both before and during placing my first order from Triangle Nursery, Debbie was so unbelievably helpful! She guided me on what types of dried flowers would work, how much I'd need to order and gave me tips for how to prepare / make them up. Debbie was so friendly and responded really quickly to all of my queries - nothing seemed like too much trouble. The YouTube tutorials were also super helpful too!

Since then, I have ordered all of my flowers from Triangle Nursery for anything crafty that I have been putting together. From bits and bobs for other dried flower designs to supplies for wreath making workshops and making pumpkin flower arrangements. I also signed up to the Academy of Flowers which provides some brilliant resources.

The website is really easy to use and the delivery/tracking is spot on. Everything arrives well packaged and as it should.

The whole team are amazing and I would 100% recommended using Triangle Nursery.

"Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!"

Absolutely disgusted.
I don't know if your response was to make you look good but I will clarify things. On Friday I was informed by DPD that my delivery would be at least 3 days late. I called yourselves & spoke to Nat asked for advice she said she would contact DPD & if they delivery was indeed going to be late did I wish to return to sender. I said yes. It was a pleasant conversation & if you have been told any different I hope you still have the recording of the telephone conversation.
On Sunday night when I tried to place my weekly order my account was suspended. When I phoned on Monday morning to ask why I was told that it was due to the amount of issues they have had with me.
And again listen to the telephone recording. I have nothing to hide in the manner of both telephone calls.

****This is an update of my response to your original reply which you have edited 10 times. I have been notified by email each time As for me failing to mention about receiving a refund I am still waiting****

****Further update ***** You are now stating that my account was not suspended but put on hold due to my customer history & making sure you could fulfil my order? (my history was complaining about dead & damaged flowers) not being rude on the phone as you accused me of & your recordings of the telephone conversations would prove that.
