Lee and his team replaced our boiler and I would highly recommend Heatsy to anyone. They were professional, courteous and very punctual. Lee is very responsive to our enquiries and he explains everything clearly. Heatsy offers fantastic customer service as Lee kept checking with us to make sure everything works properly after the installation. We are very happy with their service and we’re looking forward to having Lee back next year to service our boiler.

Quick and efficient service. Next day appointment with two hour window time slots which is much better than whole or half days waiting in. The engineer, Lee, arrived early having phoned in advance to check that was ok. Exact arrival can be tracked on an app when the engineer has confirmed they are otw. Problem identified and resolution options discussed very quickly

Great boiler repair experience, really really fantastic. I called Heatsy at 8am and the engineer arrived by lunchtime, he managed to repair the boiler in under an hour and even helped me change a few lightbulbs.
A truly amazing service and I will definitely be using them again.
