I contacted Local Heroes to fix a boiler fault which meant my elderly mother had no hot water and to locate the source of a gas leak.

Local Heroes sent Heatsy Ltd who attended the next day. They identified the problems and provided a report.

A new boiler and work to replace corroded pipes was recommended as well as a new gas hob. The subsequent installation was carried out efficiently. There was clear communication throughout the process and the relevant paperwork was sent through promptly once the work was completed.

Lee not only arrived on time, he thoroughly checked the boiler and heating system to diagnose the issues at hand. He not only managed to restore the hot water but he also gave us honest advise on maintenance as well as future repairs and replacement. For the price paid, it was well worth the money.
