No transparency in pricing options available to the customer and inflated invoicing on what was initially agreed. I challenged and then it was rectified. I received several calls for the payment even though i had asked for the engineer to call me about a TRV that he had removed and not put back. I simply wanted to know if that was deliberate or a geniune oversight, so I could fit it back myself. The pleasant engineer never called, its unknown if the message wasn't relayed by callers
who only seemed to be interested in the payment.
I had also asked for a power flush quote but never received it either. I got the impression they're just after the money! I wouldn't use Heatsy again or recommend!

It's unusual these days to be positively surprised at the speed of response and quality of service. From an initial telephone call to fixing the boiler was under 2 hours. Communications great throughout. Highly recommend.

Was pleasantly surpised at how professional this company was, fantastic communication throughout and promptly supplied a great engineer who was polite, prompt, informative and honest and didn't leave a mess.

Called up in the morning as my boiler wasn't working. Despite the engineers van being broken into, he still said he would come out as my 1 year old was in the house.
The engineer Lee turned up on time and was a very genuine guy, very helpful and happy to answer any questions about the system.
Even though he was unable to fix the problem on the visit to provide heating, he left and returned with some electric heaters for the house free of charge!

Turns out I may need a new heating system too which I'll gladly get installed through this company!
