My 5 stars goes to Ian Coull who provided good quotes, consistently above average personable service, was always contactable by mobile, and kept calm and on the case when the appalling service from Cadent, Triio, SMS and Gasworks held up our live gas date by 10 weeks.
The gas and water utility companies are beyond belief in their incompetence, and one needs an E L Gas to guide you through it. All they need to do now is take on water connections as well!
