Paid extra for next working day delivery, order was confirmed but 3 working days since order placed, no contact from seller, and goods still not arrived. Very disappointed so far.

Have sent several emails, tried calling, no answer. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Really disappointing as I have bought items from them before, although, have to be said never have had to return an item before. Bought a jacket, too small, have requested for a refund, but as I have said, no one has replied with my request. I have therefore sent the item back special delivery /tracked and signed for, so I am hoping for a result soon. Shop has been opened as checked their website, yet still no one answered. Very frustrating. Disappointing as have read so many good reviews.
