"A chair this expensive should be bullet…"

A chair this expensive should be bullet proof. Arm rests wiggle back and forth and there is 1 inch of play in the chair when it is locked. Best part about this chair is how high it sits but not sure if it is worth the price vs a SecretLabs chair.
