Bought an ebook last week and unable to download or read online....don't bother!

I’ve been an eBooks reader for years, and get almost all my books here. The process is quick and easy, the download is simple, the Bluefire reader the best I’ve used. Any problems are resolved with courtesy and efficiency. Very happy customer.

It was great but the app offers you to read on line and it should offer you the option to download the book. Finally I was able to download the book but it was in PDF Format instead of e-pub format even though I had chosen the latter when I bought the book

I'm a university professor and I mostly buy academic books. Since I discovered Ebooks.com, this is the first place I always come to buy a new book. They are just perfect for my needs:

-Lots of books published by the main academic publishers (Routledge, Oxford University Press, etc.).
-Most of them are both in epub and pdf format (a pdf with page numbers is what I need for quotation purposes).
-They give you a proper invoice. I use funds from scholarships to buy books, so I really need those invoices.

For these reasons, I highly recommend Ebooks.com if you work in the academia.

Everything works. What could be better? You see a reference to a book in some newspaper and got interested. You order a book. 10 minutes and you are reading it !
