0 stars. I wasted 90 minutes just registering for the different authorizations. And the ebook would not work on my tablet. AVOID this bs company.

I received a really good costumer service from Sheila. I bought by mistake as I didn't notice it was a e-book. So I asked a refund as it wasn't what I wanted and she reply immediately and understood my situation. Thank you Sheila.

"Good eshop, most complicated system."

Large choice of ebooks, good technical support and communication. BUT: most complicated system I have ever seen. One must install ADE app, authorize PC, authorize ereader ( I am afraid nobody wants ebook to be read on PC), get google ID, - some of these steps quite difficult. There should be some warning on the purchase pages.

Take my advise and never ever buy a book from here.
Nothing works, the reading experience is really bad, there is zero customer service.

I am a college student. I purchased a pdf version of a textbook from eBooks. I was not going to purchase this book when I learned that it could not be used with Amazon Kindle Fire, but when I read that I would be able to print, I decided to make the purchase. After purchasing the textbook from eBook, I learned that I had to download Adobe Digital Edition to read the textbook.. After downloading the software I went to print the first chapter of the book to take with me to read during my travels, only to learn that you are only able to print 10 pages per month. So I am forced to only read while I am at home on my computer.

The Adobe Digital Edition is software is lacking the tools that I am accustomed to with Amazon Kindle. The only way to advance pages is to continuously tap the "line down" arrow, which is time-consuming. Taking notes is difficult, and I have not yet found how to retrieve the notes that I was able to take.

I would not recommend a college student to purchase a pdf version of a book from eBooks.

Personally i wanted ebooks for Android so I could reuse an old pad. Worked for me.
Can't comment on physical books since I have ordered only electronic version. No issue so far.

Thought I'd bought a physical book & contacted them asap when I realised my mistake. They did not respond to my messages & there was no phone number to call.
They should not be in business, don't give them yours!

I have purchased ebooks from this company and they can not be downloaded. Sent numerous messages and got no reply.
Just another rip off company with no customer support. Stick to bookshops.
