"I really didn't wanna do this..."
I really didn't wanna do this, but they've left me no choice. The ebikes are all fun until they breakdown, at which point you're up a creek without a paddle. You may as well have built your own bike, because they won't be any help repairing it. SixThreeZero has only a year warranty for their electric bikes, and I think that's for a reason. The parts start breaking down after a year, and many parts are bespoke to their bikes, so you can't get replacement parts or repairs anywhere else. I've been going back and forth with support for months, walking around in the heat because I can't ride my bike, only to have spent so much money in random parts that never work when I get them. The final straw was when they shipped me a new controller that was covered in glue and wasn't even the correct part for my bike. They gave me my money back and that was that, that was all the support they could offer. Previously, this company gave cash to buyers to leave a review, and I can only wonder if that was to offset the negative reviews they get for customer support. Ultimately, they've left me high and dry with a bike that nobody can repair, and all the warm feelings I have about my bike have now become exhaustion, annoyance, and disappointment.

"Review"
I was sent a new controller and new battery and charger free of charge. Both Emil and Marry were incredibly helpful in resolving my issue and very apologetic for any wait times, which were frustrating but out of their control. They both helped get my bike in good working order again!

"Beautiful and Comfy Ride"
I just got my recently ordered EVRYjourney steel 26" bike. I enjoyed all of the listed information online detailing everything about the bike. It made me feel confident in ordering a product knowing that it would make a good fit for me. The bike came with manageable instructions, albeit not an altogether easy assembly. Once assembled, the bike glides like a dream. The seat is very comfortable. I chose the mint green color which seems a bit darker than the online pictures, but still a beautiful shade of mint (more of a dark spearmint). The handles are fairly wide but comfortably spaced. I am thrilled with the purchase!

"Comfortable and smooth ride"
I am pleased with the ride quality of this cruiser. The wheels are chunky enough to absorb most concrete road bumps, allowing you to have a smooth and comfortable ride. The seat is oversized with wide support, so its perfect for short distance cycling. The bike arrived mostly assembled, so you'll only need to perform minimal, basic assembly that one person can do.

"Great Bike"
I bought the bike over a year ago and it has been a great ride. It was a quick ship (about a week). I needed a cruiser bike as you sit more upright which is better for my back.

"Can you wait several months, or want to change colors/model"
Hope you can wait several months. They will take your money and then, when the model isn't in stock, will try to get you to change colors/model.
It's been a month since I ordered my wife's bike, EVRYjourney NEW 500W in Golden Coral (yellow) and their support still has zero estimate for when her bike will ship. I ordered on May 28, 2024 and it's June 26 and there's no estimate when the factory will be able to fulfill my order.
Not having an estimated ship date for pre-orders/orders is contradictory to their CEO, Dustin's, commitment in his article/video titled 'Pre-Ordering your Sixthreezero Bike What You Need to Know' found on their blog site.
Their support said they escalated my order to their Team Management team but it's been a week and I've heard nothing from them.
I would've left 1-star but they did get my bike shipped fairly quickly.

"Called as my bike did not include a…Seat post"
Called as my bike did not include a seat post. Called left message no one called me back 6 days later and counting. Ordered one. Money removed from our bank account but not one email telling us the order was received or when it would come.
Called and on their help line. Was told it was a 2 minute wait to speak with someone. It has been 10 minutes and counting.

"Yellow cruisers I received the bike on time"
I received the bike on time, and my wife loved the color yellow. Although there was damage to the front fender, during shipping. So I contacted sixthreezero and spoke to a rep, they promptly sent me a new fender. So my wife and I have been riding bikes again, it’s very comfortable for here. We are in our mid sixties and loving the exercise were getting.

"Daughter enjoys the ride"
Upfront - I'm not the most mechanically inclined person. I found the assembly instructions a little confusing but figured it out. The front wheel wobbled and rubbed against the breaks when we tried to ride it. I contacted support and they told me the wheel needed to be "trued". So, I found a repair shop, had the wheel trued, and the wobbling stopped. Sixthreezero reimbursed me for the cost to true the wheel.
We had to mess around with the brakes a bit to get them adjusted. After all of that, the bike is fine, and my daughter enjoys it. In retrospect, I wish I would have paid someone to assemble it or would have purchased one locally that was already assembled. If I were mechanically inclined, I probably would not have had any issues.
The company support was terrific.
