"sixthreezero is a good bike company"

I purchased an EVRYjourney bike last summer from sixthreezero. It’s a great commuter bike. The customer service at sixthreezero is top notch. My right pedal crank was not threaded all the way through and quickly after sending a picture in their chat link the shipped a replacement parts. I like the bike and the responsiveness of their customer service.

Awesome bike! Works great out of the box, but the customer service was even more impressive. I called for help with assembly and they picked up immediately, and stayed very patient with me. Later, I damaged one of the parts during assembly and they shipped it to me for free, no questions asked and no payment needed! Awesome company, I'll be telling all my friends about it!

"For the price point"

For the price point, the bicycle that I purchased, over the winter looks good, especially the paint. I like that the bicycle is lightweight. I put a gas motor (just under 1 hp weed trimmer) over the front tire and I have fun at 5 mph. In the middle of changing the tire gear to get it to go around 10 mph.

Bought bike for daughter who saw a similar bike on Amazon. Knew the quality of your bikes was better and price was great and shipping was free.She loves her bike and had no problem assembling it herself. It was missing the seat post but after an email a replacement was quickly shipped...great bikes with great service!

"Our third sixthreezero…"

My husband and I both have sixthreezero bikes and knew that when our kid was big enough for their forever bike that it would definitely be one from this company. She picked out the color and absolutely loves it, the mint green is super vibrant and beautiful. They are fairly easy to put together and are built to last.

The easy step through bike was easy to assemble with the help of the videos. The bike is beautiful and the customer service has been excellent.

I am a big guy and was excited to learn about the Rickshaw Trike. I purchased it and eagerly awaited its delivery. Unfortunately the trike was damaged in shipping. Initially, it looked like only the left rear wheel was bent but it turned out that the axle and potentially the subframe were also bent. Customer Service was wonderful. They quickly sent the new subframe along with new wheels and a replacement disk brake caliper in case that was bent also. I was able to replace everything in an evening and was out riding the next day. It has plenty of power and pedal assist level 2 is about all I need. I have also put three grandkids on the rickshaw seat with me and it has been great to ride again after about 20 years. Thanks SixThreeZero for helping me get back out riding again!

Since January 5th, 2024, when I started communicating with Cora from Sixthreezero she has been very attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Being a fellow customer service representative, she has held my hand till the end! Whatever the inquiry, from January till now, she had an answer or did not mind doing the research to find the answer. During our last email conversation on April 26th, 2024, she went above and beyond, even though it wasn't protocol she was able to get me complementary replacment plastic grip stoppers and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you so much Cora! She should be leading workshops on customer service because I am a satisfied customer.

"Nice bike, but tires need improvement "

The bike I ordered was for my wife, and we purchased the teal 21-speed AroundTheBlock. Out of the box, the setup was very easy, and the instructions provided were great. Upon setting up the bike, my wife was pleased at its appearance. I left the bike standing upright on its kickstand for an evening before using it, and I noticed the rear tire was becoming deflated. Upon pumping it up, the tire seemed ok and my wife was able to ride it for about a half hour. After putting the bike up and coming back outside to the bike the next morning the rear tire was deflated again.

I contacted sixthreezero, and they should be sending me a new rear tire. The customer service was nice and helpful. After reading the reviews of sixthreezero, it is evident these bikes are very good, but I have reads several reviews that confirm tires are an issue. I hope they consider going with a more durable and reliable tire. For anyone considering this brand, I would still recommend this company’s bikes. Tires are a normal wear item that has to be replaced, and it is a simple fix.

The other features of the bike such as the rear rack are very nice. The seat could stand to be a little more padded and wider, but they are still good seats. Also, one other suggestion would be the bottle holder. This really should be a standard item included with these bikes.
