Great company! The people, product and service are just great.
I received my Elec. Trike Rickshaw all the way to the East Coast in 1 week, put it together in 3 hours while the battery was charging, and have just loved it ever since.
My wife and I are both 70 and really enjoy exploring the neighborhood with our Rickshaw Trike, and especially not having to worry about peddling up hills with the pedal assist.
This Bike is just awesome!

"Easy Transit Folding Trike"
I purchased the Easy Transit 750W Folding Electric Trike for my wife. This appeared to me to be a new and exciting product. My wife owns an electric trike from another manufacturer, but we needed one that folded to take to our Florida home for winter. My impression is that this trike was rushed to market - not really ready for prime time.
First, the sprockets were obviously not designed for this model which has 16 inch tires, but were borrowed from a model with larger tires. Beginning at about 11 miles per hour in 7th gear, unless you have trained for the Tour de France, you will not be able to pedal fast enough to make any contribution to the propulsion of the trike.
I purchased the comfort seat which didn’t have a compatible mount. I was able to make it work, but the seat appears to be more designed for looks than comfort. It looks really great, but good looks is all it has going for it. Everyone who tried it commented that its design did not allow for freedom in peddling, but rather restricted movement of the legs. The comfort seat proved to be unusable, so we put the original seat back on which, although not all that comfortable, was much less uncomfortable.
I guess we’re stuck with it, but from now on I will stick with products that have stood the test of time.

I absolutely love my bike! The purchasing process was extremely easily and the bike arrived within five business days. With a little assistance from my husband, I was able to complete the assembly. It has a very smooth ride with all gears changing with one click as described in the instructions and brakes functioning accordingly. I can't wait to go camping and try it out!!

"Purchased this e-bike for my senior…"
Purchased this e-bike for my senior wife based on all of the positive reviews. I own two e-bikes myself from another company and they were both pretty easy to assemble. Not the case with sixthreezero. The silly box numbers slowed the process but the outdated instructions list parts that are no longer used and the video instructions are also outdated.
I called sixthreezero twice and needed to leave voicemails. It’s been three business days with no call back.
The bike is very nice the service is terrible.

The bike is perfect for my wife. Assembly was easy . We had a pinch back brake cable in shipping but support quickly order a replacement for us! She likes the style and color and the easy riding position.

My circumstances changed quickly, and I needed to reject the package. That could be an excruciating process.
While I did need to be prayerfully patient and persistent because I was not their only customer at the time :-) I am very happy with the outcome and the process!

I’ll start off by saying my problem is still unresolved and I’m currently waiting for a callback from management, it’s only been 2 days so maybe I’m impatient…
I ordered a Audrey A/O for my wife because she couldn’t get over how cute it was.. Well it has been sitting in the garage for over 30 days and she’s never been able to ride it! It showed up with a bent front rim and a huge gash on the frame. Where I understand they can’t control the freight company’s and what happens in transit. They can though take care of the customer which they have completely shown they don’t! I sent the first email on 6/15 didn’t hear anything back to called on 6/20 (figured a support emails would be monitored daily?) any rate was told “no problem, we will get the replacement sent out asap, and go to the bike store to get matching touch up paint for the frame and we will reimburse you” I was ok with this even though I wasn’t thrilled being I knew I’d never find a matching paint color. After a few weeks went by not seeing the rim show up I email back to the thread (Anne) , wait a week for a response saying “my warehouse said it will ship this week”. This was 7/2 I reach out on 07/15 asking for my tracking and wondering why I can’t get an email back… as well I sat on hold for “support” 20 mins 2 separate times to then get sent to a voicemail!!! I call back and push 1 for sales and have Anne on the line in under a minute… weird!? Obviously frustrated with this I tell her I need to talk to the GM or owner nothing else to vent my frustrations, “they aren’t in, I can have them call you”. I did receive confirmation that the rim sent as I was typing this novel, but that still doesn’t change the fact, buyer beware!
I understand stuff happens, I even understand backers, I do not understand lack of customer service and communication as a smaller company..
