I’m 6’ 2” and weigh 350 and this seat felt like it was custom made to fit my big, wide, flat butt! Thank you for making this product and restoring the joy of bicycling again! Due to physical restrictions, I am no longer able to take my mountain bike on adventures so it was time to relax and enjoy the ride! I needed something comfortable and simple that would not aggravate my aching lower back or shoulders now that I'm in my mid-50's. I also needed something that was good quality and affordable. This bike was all that and more! I didn't assemble it but I "supervised" my son assemble it and honestly it was pretty easy and quick! The bike rides so smoothly and comfortable and is just what I was looking for! I highly recommend it!

"Bikes are Great! Customer Service is Not!"

I ordered 2 Evryjourney bikes and 2 extra cushion seats. The bike itself was well made. The assembly was not as easy as the video. Alot of bending and push and pull on the fenders and rack on the back. I am pretty handy with tools, and I had problems. I suggest you buy one from a shop already assembled, if you are not tool savvy and have no patience. I didn't care for the seats, so I decided to return them. Nine days after the return form was sent, I finally got a return label after numerous emails to them. Their customer service is Terrible. After nine more days I got a full refund which is normal, I guess. I ordered from the company and not from Amazon. I would recommend ordering from Amazon even if the price is a little higher because the hassle, I had with Customer Service was not worth it. I can't even imagine what it would have been like if I had wanted to send the bikes back.
