Really like my bike.
A few issues. I have severe RA in my hands so it is very hard to switch gears.
I figured out putting rubber bands around the shifter helps the grip.
The handle bar is quite wide. It is hard to have full control with shoulder and hand weakness and pain. Coban helps a little.
I like having gears for knee RA. It is less strain on hills.
I do not like the seat. It is very hard, even with a gel cushion.
RA is a tricky disease but I am sure others share my concerns.

"I absolutely love my bike"

I absolutely love my bike. It's very sturdy and comfortable for daily use. Very easy to put together. Customer has been great, although I haven't had any issues with my bike. I love that there are a lot of customizations and products you can add on. Great functionality. Definitely recommend

I love how the ordering process was clear and simple - you see everything you are getting and it includes very detailed installation steps. Turning 75 made me concerned if I could still ride a bike for exercise, but after getting my electric trike I can ride throughout my neighborhood with ease. I can enjoy the Virginia Beach good weather. Love my new freedom and without worry of falling off.

Bought an EVRYjourney 250w Teal electric trike in April 2023 and simply love it!! The basket carts my 2 little 15 lb pups around or they run beside the bike. Nothing but compliments on the color and styling every time we go out.
I probably contacted customer service 4 times and every time was a perfect experience; everything resolved there and then and they also have a great sense of humor...that's service with a smile!!

Bought the larger seat in Oct. but it was way too big for my rear. Wanted to send back but they insisted I keep and gave me a full refund. Will give to my avid biker brother...just very generous on 6-3-0's part!!

Sooooo enjoying the trike in my retirement years in Santa Cruz, CA. :)
