"Hills are no more a challenge with this comfortable ride electric bike."

We love our sixthreezero electric bikes. Even our local bike shop who put it together for us said it was the best online bike he had seen. But, the most important thing was the follow up by this company who's quick and courteous response made it a pleasure to work with. We ride them on the beach and take them on trips. We have recommended these electric bikes to friends and family. You can't beat a quality product with a quality company.

The purchase experience was easy. Emile kept me informed along the way. The rickshaw arrived early. It was easy to assemble. The rickshaw is fun and easy to ride. It is very stable even in turns. My special needs daughter loves to ride on it. I get a lot of compliments on it. All in all I am very pleased

"Disappointing customer service experience"

I ordered my six three zero EVRY Journey bike on October 13. I wish I could review how I liked the bike, but I haven't been able to ride it because the customer service has been unbelievably slow, inattentive, and unresponsive. After assembly, we realized we needed a longer strut and longer screws. After reaching out to customer service, they said they would send the struts and screws. Only longer screws were sent. We reached out to the company again. Long delay. Reached out again. Finally got a response. Customer service said they would send them. Still waiting. Label created on Nov. 30, carrier received package on Dec. 7. (Similar thing happened on the first shipment.)
They bill themselves as a company whose bikes are easy to assemble. That may be true if you get all the correct parts. I'm very disappointed with the customer service of the company. The bike? Seems like we'll have to wait until next year to get the verdict on that one.

I can't actually vouch about the quality of bikes but the customer service is incredible. I purchased the bike for someone else but under unique circumstances and customer service was amazing in assisting this bike getting to the recipient putting the bike on hold for someone else to redeem.

"Sharp looking tricycle"

The bike is great for flat surfaces. Good speed and stability. Tricky on turns, it is definitely a learning curve. The basket is great to go on picnics. Good speed.
The assembly took some time but was actually fun. I wish the fenders were already attached since that was actually the hardest part.

"Love this bike"

Love this bike. I can keep up with my kids without feeling like I’m dying. The battery lasts so long the color is beautiful, it has so much power/speed that honestly I am too nervous to go use the higher speeds. Everything about this bike is great I would buy another in a heart beat.

My shopping experience on Sixthreezero was excellent. I love the uniqueness of the bikes with the retro look and colors. The bike came in a reasonable amount of time and was very easy to assemble. While I ordered it late in our bike riding season and only had a few opportunities to ride it, I love the electric assist and the ease of shifting between manual and electric. The bike is comfortable and rides smoothly. Love my purchase!
