I searched the web for weeks trying to decode the E-bike market for my first e-bike purchase.

I landed on six three zero and read about their story, watched videos and then called customer service, I spoke with Joyce who was super helpful and very patient, as I asked all my questions, as one answer typically lead to another.

She is also an owner rof one of the models of bikes which was comforting as she customer too.
I purchased the Fat Tire Zip n Fold. Afterwards I joined the FB group and read thru the postings. I now belong to a community of folks with similar interest, connected for helpful hints and trouble shooting if needed.

I look forward to my bike arriving next week.

Love Love Our E-bikes! I love my sixthreezero Evry Journey so much; I decided to purchased the e-bike. One for husband and myself. They arrived quicker than I anticipated. The assembly was easy. These bikes are gorgeous. I really like the fact we can remove the battery when hauling the bikes. This bike looks like a regular cruising bike. We get compliments on every ride we take.

I’ve needed a new cable for months now. I only get the run around from their Customer Service. “Out of stock” “you can’t talk to anyone there” you can’t email anyone there” “There are no managers to talk to”.
I have a big useless Around The Block paperweight in my garage

I had a problem with setting my bike up, and when I called the company, they sent me a very comprehensive instructional video within just a few minutes of calling. The representative even followed up with me and made sure I was more comfortable with the set up process. I didn’t have to wait on hold, I got a representative right away, and they sold my problem right away so I’m happy.

Who knew a brown leather seat could be the plot twistinator of my bike ride! As an a competitive connoisseur of comfort food this upgrade was a game-changer. Not only did it turn heads with its vintage charm, ( not to mention its perfect match to the bench) but, it also gave my back the TLC it deserved—no more feeling like a pretzel post-ride! If comfort had a leather-clad throne, this seat would be it. 10/10 would recommend for both the sizeable and the sore-backed bikers out there!"

This seat is so comfortable. I'm a plus sized girlie and this seat makes all the difference. I can now be on my bike comfortable for well over an hour. Plus customer service was fantastic.
