"Large but Comfortable"
I bought the large seat for my wife's SixThreeZero Paven Trail ebike. I actually laughed when I pulled it out of the package - it is large. But I installed it, sat on it, and realized the last laugh was on me! This seat is really comfortable. My wife loves it and is more inclined to go on long ebike rides with me. Perfect for her and anyone who wants to cruise in comfort

"Electric Trike - Mostly Satisfied"
Sixthreezero makes a very stylish electric trike. My wife loved the look. Also, the basket in back came in very handy. Since this is her first trike it took some getting used to but due to her medical condition I felt it would be safer for her. I personally feel that the motor is underpowered but my wife is satisfied with it because the power tends to intimidate her a little. The rear fenders bounce around more than I would like but by no means is a deal breaker. It would be nice if they were a little stiffer. The lack of availability of touch up paint was probably my biggest disappointment. The frame had a few minor scratches so I contacted customer support. They said touchup paint was not available because it was felt that it does not provide satisfactory results. They gave me a $25 so I could buy my own touch up supplies. As it turned out, that only covered about half of the cost and I have to believe that OEM touch up paint would have been a closer match than computer matched paint at the hardware store. I don't want to make this sound like a negative review because we are happy with the product but I did want to provide feedback on what can be improved.

In Oct 2023, I bought the Easy Rider step through Etrike. I was not thrilled when attempting to put parts on the trike, and I was going to send it back. Then a miracle occurred, and I was connected to Cora at the company. They paid to have a bike mechanic come to help me.
Even after the etrike was put together, I still did not know if this particular etrike was the best bike for me.
As I pondered whether the trike was worth keeping, I kept in contact with Cora. It is because of the fantastic customer service from Cora that made me decide to keep the trike.
Good customer service is a dying skill in America, but not at SixThreeZero; this company takes good customer service to a new level.
Everyone has 30 days to try their bikes and can send bikes back if desired. Who does that? SixThreeZero! Though my 30 day return was approaching, Cora restarted the 30 days until after the bike mechanic worked on the trike, which is more accommodating than one would guess. Again, let me ask: Who does that? SixThreeZero and Cora!!
After my experience with this company, I am now a very loyal customer. I am not sure what Cora’s role is at SixThreeZero, but she epitomizes how to treat customers to gain their loyalty.
For those who say that they cannot get in touch with people at SixThreeZero, I suggest writing an email (best way to contact them) and get Cora’s attention; she knows what she is doing and handles issues extremely effectively!
Since I have purchased 5 e-bikes online (long story), I cannot stress enough the difference between SixThreeZero and other online bike companies.

"It was very difficult to get any response"
It was very difficult to get any response to a concern I had about the fenders on my etrike. Eventually, after trying several different social media groups and sending/re-sending pictures I got an answer, but again, it took at least a week.
I also felt very misled by the size. It's extremely difficult for me to 'seat' the bike. I have yet to ride it, as it's so difficult to mount.
Very disappointed.

"Foldable electric tricycle arrived…"
Foldable electric tricycle arrived today. Felt like a 6 yo. 2 hours later I wanted to cry. The instructions were minimal if not missing. I.E., front wheel - attach the middle axle to the front forks. Oops, about 7 steps omitted. Tha k goodness my son knows how to find you tube of the sixthree zero owner giving instructions. An hour long video. We finally got it to the point we could ride. Front tire was flat.
Under no circumstances could the targeted client get this bike road worthy. Still hopeful my son can get me rolling g.

With our girls getting into riding their bikes, my husband found and purchased one for himself. As I tested his out, I knew I needed one as I pictured family bicycle rides. I was always a rollerblader and probably haven't ridden a bike in 20+ years. It's good to get my sea legs back (once they stop being sore). The bike is easy to build, easy to ride, and looks great. Our purchase is giving us more, cherished, family memories with our girls.

"Emil (Support Team) was always there"
Emil (Support Team) was always there for us - quick to reply. If he couldn't answer our concern, he worked with the team to solve the problem. When our battery failed, he shipped a new battery and charger under warranty. That new battery was DOA and he quickly sent another replacement. It's gratifying to deal with a company who stand behind their products. Thank you again, Emil!
