"Customer service could really use some work"

Customer service really needs some work. Need a new wheel for a bike of theirs - no available on the website or anywhere. Sent them a support email - got a reply over two weeks later, and they asked me to show them an invoice so they 'know which part to find'. I told them exactly what bike it was upfront - they are liars, and they are an utter joke of a company. I will never buy from them again and don't recommend anyone else does either.

Edit - company finally contacted me and promptly shipped out a new wheel. Service was great once they finally took care of it.

Edit2 - Once a manager contacted me, they told me "I wont ask you to take down the review - we earned that one star". I amended the review after the tire was sent out, etc. However - a week ago, someone contacted me asking me to consider taking the review down. I am not going to do that, *specifically* because of that. Have integrity, don't pretend like you do.

"I wish I had ask some questions before purchase."

I love the bike! But I wish I had looked into it more before purchasing it. I am in my 60s and I really needed something that was a little easier for someone that has arthritis to ride. I only learned this after a number of things happened and luckily I didn't get hurt. But had to rethink where I can ride it. I wish I had reached out to someone in customer service and asked some questions. I was going to return it but you have to take it apart to ship it back. That seemed a little much too me.

CHEAPLY made bikes with ZERO customer service. The only response to my complaint re: quality of the bike was "use a wrench to tighten the bolts as tightly as possible" .... THANKS!

"Great product, bad instructions …"

Love the rickshaw 750 but assembly instructions are horrible. You’re better off watching the hour long video and hitting pause! Just received an extra support bracket now with no instruction or reasoning for this part. Communication could be improved but the product is great!

I ordered two e-bikes & love them. Styles & colors are exactly what we wanted, several to choose from. Delivered on time & no damage(packed well). Assembly wasn’t bad, the directions are a little generic & the bikes are basically put together. Take the time to watch the videos, they have a great collection. I’ll be honest, I built mine & took them to a local bike shop & had the brakes adjusted, mainly for safety concerns.

"Amazing in every way"

everything made the experience great, the bike is amazing, the assembly was short and sweet, the instructions where clear, and all my questions where promptly answered by the sixthreezero team. as a retired disabled veteran with a bad back whose truck just recently crapped out this bike is a literal life savor. it allows me to commute to the store and nearby places, take my pets for rides, go out to dinner so much all while being surprisingly easy on my back. and this allows me to slowly fix my truck at my own pace on my fixed budget. so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much.

"Scam Warranty, Joke Customer Service"

This company's "Forever Warranty" is a scam and their customer service is a joke. Don't believe a word they say about having the parts available. I paid for a replacement part and after 3 weeks, and contacting customer service three times, they still can't give me a shipping date estimate. They are still "looking for the part in the warehouse." The only way I could get my money back was by filing a dispute with my credit card company

"LOVE my A/O Audrey"

LOVE my A/O Audrey! I've had it about 5 months now and am riding it more than I expected.

Much easier to put together than I feared. I had a few questions and always had a fast response via email.

The bike is comfortable and sturdy. The gears and brakes are good, and maintenance is easy-- I've adjusted the gears, cleaned and oiled the chain, tightened the quick release mechanisms, and despite having no real experience, have been able to do it all.

The Audrey is also very cute! I get comments every week.

No drawbacks serious enough to drop it a star, but it did arrive with a ding on the paint of the rear rack, and the fenders are a bit flimsy. That's it for negatives. though.

Great customer service and wonderful, unique bike! I couldn't ask for more.
