"Good Trike, Great Company"

I ordered my Easy Transit Trike when it was first announced, and received it in August. Suffice it to say, that there were some major issues with the trike, including the brakes and the motor.

After discussing the problems with SixThreeZero customer service, they offered without any hassle, to either refund my money, or replace the trike.

I chose the latter, and received my new trike 2 weeks ago. Assembly was, as with the original, extremely easy, and without the QC problems (probably just initial startup issues), it is a fantastic trike!.

My wife loves the trike and is using it daily. The Easy Transit, not only gives her the exercise that she was looking for, but is extremely stable, has good utility, is good looking and fun to ride!

Aside from getting the trike itself, the best part of this purchase, was dealing with SixThreeZero customer service. Not only were they there to help me resolve the problems I had, but conducted themselves in a caring, sincere and professional manner. They truly define the meaning of good customer service.

I applaud the Team, and highly recommend SixThreeZero and their products to all! A+++

"Wonderful customer service & company"

When the front fork of my bike arrived warped, customer service was fast, polite, and helpful. There was an issue with shipping the new piece that they did everything they could to resolve quickly and painlessly. The bike itself is sturdy, rides smoothly, and looks beautiful. I didn’t think I’d be able to find an e-bike that was both aesthetically pleasing, not too expensive, and worked well, but sixthreezero was 100% the answer! Wonderful company that makes good quality bikes and stands behind them (and your experience and satisfaction as their customer).

"It is very hard to get ahold of…"

It is very hard to get ahold of customer service and get an answer from anyone in a timely manner. I ordered an electric bike and had such a hard time getting customer service on the phone. The bike is so heavy with the back battery that if you put anything on the back, it tips backwards. It also feels very unwieldy to steer. I tried to exchange it for a trike, which would be more stable probably, but it was two weeks past the month return policy so they said no, even though I had tried to get ahold of them.

Very pretty bike, but it's scary to ride and feels unstable. Very expensive waste of money.

"Amazing Tricycle!!!"

This is the best thing I have ever bought!! I have vestibular issues and back pain. This tricycle causes no back pains and it is really easy to maneuver. I use this every single day to get to my classes. I was a bit scared to use it at first because of my vestibular issues but then I noticed that it is not difficult to ride. The only thing I would say is to be careful when turning and try to slow down because it can tip over. This thing actually goes super fast and it is super easy to charge. Overall this is amazing and I 100% recommend!!

"I bought a bicycle about six years ago…"

I bought a bicycle about six years ago and the experience was amazing .. when I ordered parts several months ago the experience couldn’t have worse. It was incredibly disappointing and difficult just to order. I had to call continuously for several months before I could even order because the customer service representative never would return calls that they promised to do ; to let me know the pricing and availability of parts.

It is clear to me that your company has increased in size since my first purchase(six years ago) however your efficiency and customer service has suffered tremendously.

I need to purchase another bicycle and would like to get another one from your company .. but I don’t think so!!

It’s a shame because initially your company made me feel like I was a part of a company that wanted to help .. now it seems like your company is only interested in the dollars ..

Trust me I understand capitalism so I expect you to make money but I feel like because my purchases were small that I didn’t matter so the customer service that I received was insulting.
