I give 5 stars for the service I received. I order an electric bike but was not able to cross the border with it because the bike was too powerful for Canada. I got good help and full refund.

"Sharp/Cool bike for 72 year old to ride twice a day."

I love the look and I thought the assembly was fairly easy and I'm not mechanically inclined. I personally don't like the handlebars so wide but I'll try to get used to them. Note: It was pretty hard to loosen the handle bars to set it in the right place but hopefully that will mean they will stay set now for a long time. My only "real" complaint is it seems the front wheel with my white side wall tire seems a bit wobbly. I hope it is just the tire and will straightened out. Looks: Great, Seat: OK, Peddles: could be a bit longer, like the seat rack in the back for running to the store. Nice touch.

"Bike came with flat tube"

Bike came with flat tube. They told me to take it in and they would reimburse me. Bike shop said front break wasn't working properly so they fixed it. Sent in receipt they only paid for tube. Brand new bike why should I pay the $20 to fix. terrible service!

"Happy with the bikes, but......."

Happy with the bikes, price, and delivery. Not so happy with the confusion surrounding the fenders and mounting hardware. When I placed the order for the bikes (one male, one female) on the web site, it gave me an option to also purchase fenders. However the web site did not specify that the fenders are not universal and the specific fenders are required for the female bike. So even though I ordered two sets of fenders, only one set was delivered with no explanation of why the other set was not delivered. After several back and forth conversations with customer service, they finally placed an order for the female bike specific fenders. I then received two sets of the female fenders, which customer service told me to just keep both rather than returning. Then when I started to mount the fenders on both bikes, I realized that the mounting hardware supplied with the fenders is not compatible with the mounting holds on the bike frames. The bolts were too thin and not long enough. Again I contacted customer service and after several weeks I finally received replacement mounting hardware, only to find that they sent the exact same hardware I originally received with the fenders. I ended up going to a local hardware store and purchasing the correct size mounting hardware. Lastly the assembly instructions and videos provided on the web site are sparse and difficult to follow. I had more success using You Tube to search for sixthreezero instruction videos than trying to find useable videos on the sixthreezero web site.

"They took FOREVER to ship and there is…"

They took FOREVER to ship and there is no customer service... I submitted a support ticket, took over a month to reply, I asked a follow up question and still no response. They have a good product, just their follow through is horrible.

Wrong part # 3. From a phone call to receiving product takes way TOO LONG! They are friendly on the phone. Had my trike for months now, never worked

"Disappointed with Sixthreezero"

We have been very disappointed with the customer service from Sixthreezerozero. The bike we bought has been in the shop four times in one year with broken spokes. I asked customer service for help and their advice was to “not take it over curbs and jumps”. Not helpful. We are on our third back wheel in a year. I do not recommend Sixthreezero to anyone.

"Rides well, but too many simple flaws to recommend."

Charging port on battery is extremely sloppy. No positive feedback when plugged in. I don't think it will last for years of use. Kick stand is feeble. Day one, bike fell over and ripped the left handlebar grip. Ground MUST be 100% flat and level or you're done. Instructions are for a different bike, front fork mounts are different. Tool bag is different and missing #12 or #14mm wrench required for seat adjustment. Front disc brake rubbing on one of the pads despite maximum adjustment to attempt to correct. No response from company. Problem here.
