I have the EVRYjourney 26" seven-speed in
Cream. I am 54 years old and need a bike that allows me to stay upright. I absolutely love it; the fit is amazing and so comfortable. Customer Service addressed my questions immediately. 10/10

"Poor experience"

I received parts for my recently purchased rickshaw that I never ordered with no explanation or instructions. Very poor customer service and communication on a very expensive trike.

Absolutely amazing company! I was browsing to try and find my daughter (she's 20) and lives in another state, a bicycle so she could commute to work and back as well as be able to do everyday tasks like grocery shopping, etc...So, I found this site and they were offering a wonderful 50% off deal on some of their bikes so I started looking.

I found one that I thought would be perfect for her. It was sturdy enough as we're no skinny minnies lol...and just overall was a nice bike for the price and the reviews were all fantastic! It was a 300 dollar bike that I got for around 150!

Free shipping as well! So I had it shipped to my daughter and her and her partner had it put together in like 20 mins. It comes like 80% already together so not a big deal at all.

So, needless to say, but she loves the bike! I hadn't thought much more about it, but they actually reached out to me later on just to see how we were liking it! I was blown away. I know a lot of companies could definitely learn something from them! Oh, btw I got my daughter the beach cruiser for women.

My husband and I have the Around the block e-bikes. We are very pleased with our bikes, we love taking them with us on our camping trips! We had one small problem that Colton in customer service helped us with! He was very helpful, nice and understanding to what we needed! Top notch!!

"Love my new electric Trike"

Love my new electric Trike I got last summer. Was able to bring it on some of our camping trips to enjoy on the paved trails! I can now keep up with the Grandkids and it has solved my balance issues due to my vertigo! Never regretting this purchase- it is awesome!

"I wanted to love it but...."

Got new bike via Sports Academy. The back reem wheel was damaged. Bike had past the "guarantee" time when I requested for a new bike. They sent me new reem that seemed cheaper than original. I just ordered new pedals from some one else because the ones that shipped had a clunking noise. All in all bike rides decent, not great. For the price paid I am not sure I can recommend this brand to someone else. I ve owned and built bikes from scratch and this is not the smoothest I ve had at all. The company does a good job marketing. In my taste and opinion you can do better with 4 to 5 hundred dollars somewhere else.

Everything was as it said it would be. The bicycle was packaged with care and with intention. It was delivered when it said it was supposed to be. A company with integrity.
