"Coloured bumper and change plates"

Bought bumper plates a few years back - still performing great woth zero issues. Purchased the change plates 0.5kg-2.5kg and couldn't be happier. Worth the coin.

I just received them and the box and weights look a bit dirty or used. One side doesn’t thread into the centre part as far as the other side does. Because of that it’s a bit wobbly.
Also the collars are different and require wing nuts instead of tightening with an allen key. Slip a little and not snug.
These are just differences that I wasn’t expecting but overall I’m sure the functionality is the same and I will enjoy using these.

"Good value for the money"

I enjoy using the power rack with latpull attachment i ought from synergee. Some of the attachments ie the landmine attachment were a little weak. However, synergee was quick to remedy the issue. One thing i wish that the power rack included is a way to attach the unit to the ground. This unit is lighter, has to be away from the wall due to the lat pully system so when i use my olympic bar with weight for landmine pulls the whole rack slides. Other than that it is as advertised and solid so far. Had it for 1 week.

"I like the website"

I like the website, it's really easy to navigate. I have purchased form Synergee before and shipping was fast and free. Being in Canada, shipping from other fitness sites can break the bank, so this is excellent.

"Accessories included"

All the info was easily found for what I wanted and what I was looking for. All the accessories for basic lifting was included which made me choose Synergee!

"Equipment arrived damage and maybe lacking quality"

The power rack we ordered arrived with quite a bit of damage. Along with many minor scratches, scuffs, etc… but also a couple of parts with a lot of shot blast left in the parts and the chrome bar for the weight pulley was corroded or had an incorrect chrome plating on one side. This affected the smoothness of the operation of the weights. Ultimately their customer service gave options to remedy the situation that were okay. But for the price of the equipment I expected higher quality and would rather not have to deal with those issues especially where quality is clearly lacking.

"Excellent customer support"

Excellent customer support. Small but important part was welded slightly askew. Company sent a replacement immediately. Equipment is well made and works very well. Nice surprise.
