For the price paid for my cable power rack I'm beyond impressed. Its taken my home workouts to a whole new level and for that I am thankful.
I did research this pretty thoroughly and for a guy at 5'11 who is pretty careful with equipment and training for on the hypertrophy side of health, its perfect. I did make liberal use of hockey tape over the j-hooks and parts of the frame that were going to take the most impact. Lubricating the cable track worked really well too.
Id definitely recommend.

The Synergee EZ Curl Bar has a nice tactile feel to it. (I purchased the black and chrome model.) The knurling is "grippy" without tearing up your hands. In addition, the rotating sleeves create a smooth motion when performing an exercise. Shipping was very fast. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
