Order shipped VERY quickly, which I was impressed with. Arrived earlier than anticipated for sure.

One of my barbells had fallen out of the box and was dinged, I emailed them with pictures and they immediately responded with a plan; 40% off the bar or return it for full refund. Very reasonable options. My only critique is that they would use a better packaging system for barbells, because they cannot control UPS.

I decided I wanted the better rack and they facilitated an exchange without question, or hassle. Very impressed. Return shipping is free if needed.

Very good prices and shipping rates to NT Canada. Everything I've received has been here on time, synergee has taken my home gym to a commercial gym experience. I've jad a fee parts malfunction but customer service was A+ they found the part and had it shipped to me in days. I have no complaints and my mind was blown that they were able to ship my 35lb plate set to me so fast and for the website pricing as I live in annoying place to ship. Great job Synergee! When my rack starts wearing out ill be ordering more from you.
