"I placed my order on March 1 2024"
I placed my order on March 1 2024. I ordered the 12 volt black motorcycle for my almost 2 yr old grandsons birthday . I know from when I ordered, it said it would be available after the first of April 2024. I waited till April 13 2024 to contact the company to see if I had done something wrong on my order and was told " Please note this is a pre order and the stock will be available only by early May , " . So again I waited till the end of May-early June to contact them again and was told it had arrived at their shop and would be sent out. And I would receive a tracking number . On June 10, I still had not received a tracking number so I called and they sent me the tracking number , and it arrived to me on June 15, 2024. The motorcycle is great so far. The little really enjoys it. His dad has a harley and rides it alot . The grandson loves to pretend and grab the throttle and do engine noises . So when he first rode it, he didn't want to get off it to eat, take a nap, stop for a minute ! ! The motorcycle is awesome so far , but this company not keeping me informed about delay and if or when it was being shipped is what I have a problem with. The said that a email was sent to me about the tracking before I called, but I think when I called on the 10th, that's when they finally shipped it.
But if you want to get one of the cycles for your little ones, it worth the price ! ! Has headlight that turns on, and when they " start it " it sounds like a big bike. I'm glad that I purchased it for him, just wish it would have been a better experience with company selling it. I understand things happen, but to not contact me, that's not how you do business. When I called on the 10, I was going to demand a refund and buy a differnt one from Amazon, that was about the same price .

"The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune…"
The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune buggy that was delivered had a crack in the back floor board !!! At first they were emailing me back and forth, I sent pictures of the crack the box it came in and the pallet it was delivered on!!! Then I hear nothing back!!! Unprofessional and a total rip off in my opinion!! And the picture of the crack was taken as we were putting it together so they knew it had not even been used!!

I purchased a ride-on battery powered car from a local sports store. Unfortunately, the car ran once and then would no longer start. I contacted customer support, serviced by dti direct, and cannot say enough good things about the service I received. A member of the support team FaceTimed with me initially to troubleshoot and continued to FaceTime with me and ship replacement parts at no expense to me until we found the problem. I am happy to say the car now starts, and my sons couldn’t be more excited!
