"Avoid at all costs"
I hate to be doing this to a local business but unfortunately one of your salesmen saw us coming a mile away and took advantage.
Initially I was so happy with my flooring and the whole Remland experience. Our salesman seemed super helpful and helped us purchase the flooring with such ease. Clearly now he was trying to get rid of it as it has now been discontinued.
It is now apparent that Remland, you sold me flooring, knowing it was for my entire downstairs living space, that isn’t stain resistant and is not cleanable in any way. Even using water stains the floor. The salesman withheld this from us telling us it was super durable as it is used in shops etc.
I purchased this around 7 months ago now and my flooring is ruined. It has been a complete waste of our money.
Within a day of the floor being laid we realised that small stains (drops of water) were not drying up and were leaving marks. My partner then called you and you were not wanting to help.
I’m writing this review now as I am furious that I spent so much money on flooring that you CANNOT CLEAN? with children and pets this is just unacceptable. How could you sell this to your customers? I wanted to support a local business but completely regret that decision. Family and friends that have visited are also appalled by the quality of the flooring and can’t believe we were sold it.
There is clearly a complete lack of respect for your customers and nothing but dishonesty.
I NEVER leave bad reviews for anything but this went too far. I cannot imagine you recommending this flooring to your friends or family for their homes. More than anything I’m so disappointed and an apology wouldn’t go a miss.

"Got less than I paid for"
Reason for the 1 star is that I ordered 8.5m x 4m roll and they provided 7.75m x 4m. Not only was I short changed 3 sq meters, I couldn't cut as I needed so had lots of wastage and need to order more. I sent an email to the company letting them know and asking for a partial refund as they short-changed me, but they didn't bother replying. On plus side it was fast delivery, though not sure how delivery driver would have got it to the door without me helping. Product is good - I just didn't get what I asked for.

"For carpets, really"
For carpets - great. No complaints at all. But I also got vinyl in two rooms. I do not recommend them for vinyl floors.
Vinyl is clearly not their expertise. In my upstairs room it is rippled / baggy so clearly not cut or installed correctly. In my downstairs (main) room it is lumpy (where, I suspect, too much glue has been used) and there's gaps in the joined part (where it's clearly been cut incorrectly).
This is particularly annoying as I bought a premium vinyl for the main downstairs room and waited weeks longer than agreed for it to be fitted, so it was quite a blow for it to be so below standard once it was in.
Very disappointed with the two vinyl rooms but the carpet looks great.

"Amazing customer service"
Amazing customer service from Marie! I got in touch on the chat quite late in the day and Marie was super helpful. I had quite a few annoying questions about stock levels and lead times for a few different types of floor. She answered all my questions super fast. Genuinely great customer services and really good prices for the quality of flooring too

"Order at own risk"
Obtained a sample of vinyl flooring for kitchen which was perfect colour I wanted.Didn't take too long to arrive but the delivery system was awful.No time slots given,was given Tuesday for delivery and turned up late Thursday evening.Wasted 3 days of my time waiting with constant chasing with them.When arrived colour wasn't same as sample.Company weren't having it,sending me terms and conditions that colours can vary on roll.Demanded refund but they said I had to pay to send it back when it wasn't my fault.After so so many complaint e mails and them finally agreeing to take back eventually got a refund but still had to pay £35 for pick up when none of this was my fault.Im giving 1 star purely because the manager was helpful with all my complaining but no chance of getting my £35 back.Will never order again from them.Never had problems with samples from other on line companies.So if you not too fussed if colour comes through different from sample then fine order.

Just received our order of Laminate Flooring today. They arrived in good time on a pallet as expected. We had a series of emails throughout the process from the company to keep us informed of our order and delivery.
We can't thank the team enough. Great work, great product and a great price.

"Customer service lacking."
Not great. Flooring I ordered was not in stock with the supplier (no indication of this on the website). Payment was then taken anyway. I then had to hassle them to get a refund. This took over 2 weeks, the excuse being that my refund was passed to the accounts team to be processed but unfortunately the accounts team consists of one person and they are off sick. Hmmmm. Customer service is not great.
My advice would be to check that what you want to buy is in stock before you hand over your money. Just because it “seems” to be in stock, doesn’t mean the order can be fulfilled. Remland are still selling the flooring I want, even though they must know it’s currently unavailable. Also, if you would like a refund for any reason, do not expect to get your money back in the timescale stated on the website. It may take longer, you may need to contact them a few times to get them to pull their finger out and don’t expect any customer service that actually cares a jot.

I ordered a large piece of artificial grass from this company and was told it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately it wasn't and I was then told a further 1 to 3 days and again it didn't arrive. I spoke to Dexter who assured me it would be delivered the very next day at 0800hrs and it was. The problem is with the courier company not Remland. I cannot thank Dexter enough for his prompt delivery this morning, he drove it down personally. IMO this is excellent customer service and this should be commended.
