Sale was fine, deal was good. Took a couple of chases to actually reply that the order was being processed, assured it would be with me by the end of the week.
Next week came, 10 days since purchase, still no flooring. More chases and eventually an admission that they didn't have it in stock and would i like one of the (cheaper, lower-quality) alternatives they had.
Not good.

Told to expect delivery 12th March
12th March no delivery now expected 19th.
19th Carpert left 'our warehouse' and you
will get it 24th.
24th No delivery no apology, no explanation, no infomation and no carpet
28th Asked for refund of cash which will no doubt be the subject of more procrastination

"Poor customer information and courier service"
I ordered some vinyl flooring and they confirmed a delivery day by email. I waited in all day to receive the delivery but by 4pm nothing had arrived. I called them to find out what was happening, they said they'd call back when they found out. No call by 5pm, I called them and the 'offices were now closed'. Called the next day, still no information on delivery time. I told them that I would wait until midday and then I would cancel my order, as I had other appointments. Still nothing by 12pm so had to cancel.

"Sales great, service not."
I ordered vinyl samples and subsequently some vinyl for my bathroom.
Samples great fast well packed.
The order looked well packed but the inside the end of the roll was all creased and folded over.
I emailed them, when it was a sale, lightening fast response. When its a problem no response.
Decide yourself if this is the sort of company you are happy to deal with.... I have, I won't.

"Sluggish refund process"
Ordered some laminate flooring but was swiftly told in about a day or two that they were out of stock via email - fair enough.
They offered me the chance to select an alternative to which I declined and asked for a refund to which a member of the team said they would pass this onto the accounts team; this was on the 19th Nov 2020.
After checking my account there was still no refund and it was now the 30th. I had already purchased lamination from another site expecting the refund to be processed within a week. I contacted the person who dealt with my refund request again via email and was told she would chase the accounts team.
On the 8th of December after having enough I called and spoke to someone helpful who said they would inform the accounts team that this is an urgent request.
Although I technically did not complete a transactions with Remland I have had a questionable experience with their customer service. If not for my financial situation was more dire being out of pocket of a few ££'s for weeks could be devastating for some; especially if the refund took longer than 30 days meaning you would have to pay that of your credit statement
So my advice would be that if you can't complete your purchase maybe wait for a refund till you make another huge expensive purchase at alternative flooring site unless you have the luxury of having a substantial credit limit. As the refund process is lethargic.

"Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service"
Received our carpet, had it laid and then realised it had missing pile in the very centre... the issue wasn’t visible until it was laid. Emailed Remland about the issue with supporting pictures... had the following, extremely helpful response back.
“ Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email.
As per our terms and conditions once you cut into the flooring or have it fitted, you own it and no further claims can be considered“
Real shame, as I paid extra to go with Remland based solely on their review ratings! On this occasion I couldn’t have got it more wrong. Very poor quality product, backed up with very poor customer service! STEER CLEAR
