After going through mixed reviews I still place an order just because the kind od products they have, and trust me I am overwhelmed with the response these guys have post ordering, I could keep a clean track on the stuff and since the products are mostly custom design and hence delivery will took time.
The reply for queries was like within 3-4 hours which is good for me
