I ordered the product in November and have yet to receive it… nor have I received a refund

Twice I have ordered goods that were never delivered after more than 1 month waiting. I would advise not to order anything through this platform. I have had to disputes charges with my credit card company to get my money back

Never received my order. Ordered 2 diff products never got them. They don't reply to emails. Only time they did reply was when I threatened with the credit card company

I ordered a sweater in early October… it’s early December and I haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted Trill and they tell me they’ll get back to me with a status on the order…. and nothing happens. I’m incredibly disappointed with this company.

Ordered a T-shirt from Trill MarketPlace and still haven’t heard one single update on the status of delivery. It’s been since October, am I not allowed to know when my item is arriving?
