I've been very happy with all my dealings with FFF. Considering all the drama being dealt with by everyone, I find the patience shown by FFF staff to be astounding. I was a member several years ago and had to stop due to finances, but I always planned to return. Now here I am. All the changes to FFF have been positive and I hope to never have to leave again.

"Sad first experience. Never got the box."
Update: Still no tracking update since Southaven, MS on Tuesday last week (today is Sunday). I'm pretty sure it's lost. My concern is the items I customized my box with will be unavailable if the company sends another, and that the new box would be here when I am out of town the first week of April. I was wanting this box before I go on vacation and that likely won't happen now. Sad. Still no email from the company after they replied two days ago. I did speak to someone the other day but he said I just need to keep waiting.
I ordered my first fabfitfun box for this spring and referred 3 people by sending them sample boxes. My mom is signing up. But I haven't gotten my box yet and it is possibly lost. There's no update since Tuesday in the shipping. Sad that this is my first experience with this company.
