"This box is really gone downhill"
This box is really gone downhill. I am an annual subscriber and had ordered some additional items from the add ons sale which I never received. part of the reason I kept subscribing to the box which was that I like their add ons sales to get additional items of products I actually like and use. Also, their customer service is the worst! When they weren't able to fill my items, they included some "extras" which was a plastic pineapple ice cube tray, and an apron! WTF!! I think I was more insulted by this extra crap which I now just threw away.

"I wish I could leave 0 stars"
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I returned to FabFitFun to “check it out” after years of being removed from it. Of course when you go to the website, it asks for your information and since I had a previous account, I updated my information, address, billing and so forth. I thought it was a little weird that it asked me to update my card information right off, but I carefully did not click any buttons that stated I was resubscribing right then and moved on to look at products. Everyone in the online shopping world builds a cart in order to see what the cost will be and if it will worth it. That’s what I was doing. I got to the end, decided I was going to wait on fully sending it, and clicked out of the tab. A few weeks later, I got a box from FabFitFun on my porch. I was puzzled, so I checked my bank records, sure enough, I was charged. My card was run even though I had not given any authorization, confirmation, or clicked any reactivation button. I had been careful not to click any confirmation button because I knew I was just scoping it out. I was charged for a years subscription completely without my authorization, which felt a little like stealing. I contacted their customer service, after going back and forth about the ordeal, never really able to convince them I never clicked a reactivation button, they refused to refund me for the box that was delivered to my house. I cancelled the remaining boxes and was refunded for them, but the box I never ordered was not refunded to me. This is extremely upsetting and sneaky. I feel lied to and stolen from. I will not be returning for subscription and I will not be recommending to anyone I know.

"I disagreed with the mystery boxes and…"
I disagreed with the mystery boxes and the mystery bundle. I added up all the mystery box products and the myself bundle. The cost of these items was $194.00 (based on the prices we f the boxes and bundle). What I received was valued at $132.49. FFF needs to change the value of mystery boxes or bundles to state “value of box or bundle is valued at, up to $50.

"Spring 2025 Box = Epic Fail"
I have become increasingly disappointed with FabFitFun’s subscription service and the products offered. I just opened the spring box, which was an epic fail and the nail in the coffin. Including a lip balm as an “full-sized product” and tossing in a trial sized Dove deodorant for this price is an absolute insult. The subscription fee seems to fund the unnecessary packaging which is the ultimate is corporate social irresponsibility. My items could have fit inside a shoebox, yet this thick cardboard box with unnecessary flaps and flowers is all about this month’s subscription that was of any value. And where is it now? My recycle bin. I can get my trial sized deodorant at Target. What a disappointment. Years ago this was a great subscription service and a real treat to look forward to some pampering each season. I stopped for a couple of years and recently resubscribed with hopes it would be a fun way to try new products and treat myself seasonally, Unfortunate that this is the current product. With so much competition and so many options for subscription services such as this one, they really need to up their game. Canceled.
