I use to have a membership with you and when I saw this deal to get some free things as well, and I said why not. But I have one question, is this sale still going on in December?

"I’m very frustrated!"

I’m very frustrated!! I live in the UK and signed back up with fff for the fall box. I used fff before and they were great so decided to join a yearly subscription. However, the fall box was lost in shipping apparently and never arrived. My winter box which the tracking label was created (8/11 and then shipped on 12/11) has not updated since creating the label. Customer service keep telling me it’s travelling across America in a truck to get to my closest hub and that’s what’s caused a delay. They just did not understand that a truck would not be delivering my box as I live in the UK. A box with a couple of add on’s was dispatched on the same day as my box and delivered yesterday. I asked for tracking and courier details and they provided me with a link to fff tracking. I’ve now spent £100’s and receiving very little and am now thinking that I’ve made a big mistake signing back up.

"not bad but recharged us after cancelling"

My wife and daughter signed up and enjoyed the service for a a year. My complaint comes from the fact they both cancelled the service but were still charged the following year. They clearly cancelled the subscription and had documented proof but had to deal with customer service to receive a refund for the unexpected charge. There was no debate they cancelled - it did not feel like a mistake they were charged again.

Great products! Great prices! I’ve price checked several items. The discount we get is significant! Too many choices, unless you love to shop, unless you want something exact, which I often do! Well known brands. Lots of opportunities to try new products too!

"I was gifted a yearly box subscription"

I was gifted a yearly box subscription, and added some add ons to one of my box shipments. a few months later this company kept my card info and tried swipping it for another yearly subscription without me signing up for it, nor did they send me an email that they would be billing. This is unscrupulous. Do not buy anything from this company. You can’t even remove your card info from your account on their website. This is theft.

Edited to respond: I never signed up for a subscription. A subscription was gifted to me. You shouldn't try and run someone's card for service they never signed up for!

Customer service skills are top notch. They had my issue taken care of before I was even able to respond to them once they got ahold of me after I asked to be contacted for help.

Best customer service agents ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Knowledgeable, professional, and kind FFB customer service agents work diligently to resolve the issue at hand. They all deserve praise (and a treat or like a raise would be good!!)!

Instructions were a little hard to follow, but did figure it out. As long as when I get my boxes it’s what I thought then I am totally satisfied. Love the boxes.

I ordered something that ended up getting lost in the mail. They weren’t able to replace the item but they were nice enough to reimbursement and give me additional credit for the inconvenience. They were quick, communicative and made my day. Thank you!!
