This company is a SCAM. I signed up as an annual member to be able to customize my box first, since they advertise "Early Access to Customize!"
WHAT A JOKE!! I logged on to customize today, the first day of customizing for annual subscribers, and literally half the items for item #1 choice are already unavailable. What is the point of subscribing as an annual member to have "early access to customize" if they items I want aren't even available on the very first day of customization?! Because this company is a scam.
Fabfitfun's customer service is unbelievable and unprofessional, but no big surprise there. I chatted with them asking for a refund because their annual subscription promises are incredibly misleading and they just cut me off and exited the chat without even resolving my issue.

They promised products in a promotion that they confirmed i qualified for and sent me garbage instead! Terrible customer service will not let me return or cancel even though they lied and do not even have what they promised. Folks need to complain more so everyone knows this is a scam!!

After purchasing the yearly subscription, I found that they did not have any items in the fall box that I was interested in purchasing. I sent an email that day to cancel the subscription immediately.... no response. I sent another email to cancel the subscription immediately.. again no response. I texted customer service and they state that the fall box was shipped!! My emails were ignored and they are trying to charge me for a box that I did not customize to order. I will be sending it back for a full refund! Poor customer service!!

Firstly it took weeks to get
My order..I was very excited
So I waited patiently.
The items were so so
A couple hits some def misses
Bonus stuff was ok, but without that it might not have been a good value. Fast forward to recent, they have flash sales which seem to be decent value items, except if you put them in your cart and forget or whatever
They take that as an order and charge you then let you know, so you might end up with something you don’t want, which is what happened to me
I don’t even know what it is btw
And they charge you a shipping
Fee on top of that..No returns refunds with this company bottom line bad customer service, Soo buyer beware
You better believe I am cancelling after I get my remainder of shipments.. very disappointed, how they are still operating I’ll never know!!

"Don’t waste your money on FitFabFun "
I decided to try fit fab fun when their ads kept popping up in my Facebook showing all kinds of cute things, including a hobo bag I thought I’d really wanted it. I signed up and discovered that they had run out of stock on pretty much everything I wanted, and now I had to pick from a bunch of junk I would never have purchased. I got a little plastic quilted purse with a million studs on it and a strap so long (It can’t be adjusted) that it hits my leg when I walk. I got a towel wrap for the shower that is very thin, although it was presented well in the images. Then there is some kind of a cream for my hair to keep the frizz away. It is a brand I’ve never heard. I got some eco laundry detergent sheets that I will try, but I wasn’t really expecting to get laundry detergent The one thing that is nicely made are the sunglasses. The shape isn’t that great for me, But I’ll wear them just to get some use out of this box.
When I realized that I couldn’t get the items I wanted, I emailed customer service within 15 minutes, to cancel my order. They told me they would cancel my subscription, but that I had to keep the first box, even though, I tried to cancel it immediately. There was absolutely nothing fun about this and It cost me $75 to find out. I’ve gotten ipsy for $15 a month and there’s always at least one really good item in it that I can always use. This was a terrible waste of money. Don’t do it.

"Deceptive practices "
I never ordered anything- then I received an email stating that my order was placed and my card was billed $89.99! I never looked at this item, let alone added it to my cart for automatic checkout. Now when I go to try and cancel and get a refund I’m told I can’t because the order is being processed. I think it’s BS and very sneaky that I’m completely unaware that I am ordering something until it’s too late to do anything about it. I called and text within 8-10 Of receiving the email regarding this order that I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT! They offered me credit to use during a sale. I don’t want to buy products- I just want my money back! Then they offered a refund, but only if I sent the item back (which I totally understand) but at my own cost. Why the heck should I pay to return something I didn’t order. Totally deceptive practices. THIS IS THE 2ND OR 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. Watch out!

"They charge you for things you didn't order"
Twice, an item from FFF's Edit Sales have been put in my cart and then charged to me without me knowing. I know this is not an issue that only I experience. Both times, I didn't even visit the FFF website during the Edit sale and something ended up in my cart without me knowing and it is like pulling teeth to get them to admit wrong-doing and remedy the problem. All they do is state "our policy says when something is in a cart" or something similar but they don't seem to understand and/or care that a customer didn't actually put an item in their cart! So frustrating and very poor customer service (although, they are very nice). I'm glad I've canceled my subscription and will not be returning once it runs out.

"Not worth the money and shady!"
Bought an annual subscription and then received two seasonal boxes that had low value/quality items. Kindly requested a refund of the remaining half of the subscription, but received a refund for significantly less than half of what I originally paid. Shady business practices and not worth the money!

"FABFITFUN is a SCAM"
FABFITFUN is a SCAM! They don't care about customer retention. I've been a member for almost 5 years. They jacked up membership prices without notification. That wasn't even the original reason for my call. However, after noticing I've been getting charged a higher amount, I was unaware of, their response was "well, you got an email" which probably went to spam.
The rep I spoke to refused to give me their full name, would NOT transfer to a supervisor, give me a name, email address or contact number. Claimed there was no supervisor on duty. After pressing the issue, was put on hold for 15 mins before magically transferred to a supervisor, who seemed to not care as well.
I plan to tell every person I referred to cancel their memberships including my family of whom I'm sure are unaware of the predatory price change without realistic notice.
