"Not as good as it once was but great customer service"
I've been subscribed to FabFitFun as an annual member for years and years. I'm not happy that box prices, add on or other sale prices, extra choice fees, subscriptions, boost, etc. keep going up and the number of items in a box, box values and percentage off retail on sale items keep going down.
I love that they added an option for a credit instead of a choice, but it needs to match the value of an extra choice item and should not ever be sold out. I don't like these deluxe choices where we have to pay an extra $20.00. Our boxes are prepaid, including shipping and tax. Other than extra choices and add ons, boosts, subscriptions, etc., they shouldn't expect us to pay an extra fee for a choice. Just have it as an add on. I also don't like that the prices for things that appear in almost every sale have gone up (ie. Spongelles). In fact, ipsy usually has quite a lot of the same items for half the price, which just makes FFF look greedy. They've recently added some brands that are known to be quite awful. In the past 90% of items offered were of good quality and never expired. They also need to pack better. I have damaged items in nearly every order because of this.
Despite all of that, overall I have been happy with most of my boxes and other items from FFF. I am still worried that this recent doward spiral will continue. Their customer service is stellar. I've always ended up feeling like I was treated well, am valued as a customer and when issues arise, they are quite generous with their compensation, which I can't say for any other sub box.

"Not the service centers problem"
Not the service centers problem, they did the best they could but the FFF community not following through by informing a category item will not be in my box and has to be replaced, but I should have a choice of the replacement. I did receive a credit, but I’m the one that had a call for it

Worst customer service ever. They lie and make promises to make up for their mistakes. Of course they don’t follow through and magically have no record of my previous correspondence.

I recently had inquiries regarding a reward program with this company. They emailed me right back are looking into rewarding loyalty customers (returning annual members) , and possibly birthday promos. I was very impressed with how this company took care in my opinion and reached out to me. I really appreciate feeling like a valued customer after 4 years of ongoing membership and I can't wait to see what they come up with for rewarding their loyal customers. I love their boxes & sales & their attention to their customers opinion. Awesome

Customer service is very efficient, texting seems to be the only way to contact them, which is not my preference, but the issue was resolved very quickly to my satisfaction. I love the choices of products for my boxes (customisation) that I have as an annual member, although the product options have not been as good in the past 6 months as previously. I still find the membership to be extremely good value for money. I think I just need to remember to use the forum to comment on the box customisation product choices/availability!

Customer Service was quick to help me after I got charged for an annual membership and was planning to switch to a seasonal membership due to money constraints right now. This happened due to my oversight to be honest, so I was very anxious that they wouldn't refund me without a fight, but they did and were so quick about it! I'm super grateful, it took a huge weight off my shoulders!
