"I just received my first FabFitFun box"
I just received my first FabFitFun box, and once I opened it I recall why I had initially canceled a subscription years and years ago. Same ole same ole! Got the blanket, just like before, sunglasses that don’t fit my face; that is a very personal pick I feel. Please don’t send sunglasses! Make up brushes, just like years ago. Candle; eh it’s ok, I can re-gift that. The items I picked specifically are great, but the other half of the box was just the same stuff. Very disappointed and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on buying an annual box selection.

Never ever give this company your credit card information. They will charge you, even if you lock your credit card. I’ve been trying to cancel for years. Somehow I keep getting charged. The items they ship me are terrible- at least one damaged item per box. I honestly wish I’d never heard of this company because they burden me and steal over $200/annually from me.

I was a customer for about 3 years. I would not ever recommend getting roped into their Chinese junk boxes with cosmetics with chemicals that are known to cause cancer...they don't care what they sell you, as long as they make money!

"Good Luck When You Cancel Your Subscription"
I was a regular quarterly box subscriber for about 5 years. They make cancelling it a nightmare. As with many websites you use, you have 'agree to their terms and conditions' to proceed by 'checking the little box'...do you read their 'terms and conditions from start to finish, perhaps 20-30 pages?" I know I didn't...I would never recommend this business that 'used to be good', but like many online business, once they are established, they farm out their Customer Service Reps to foreign countries and communicating with them is next to impossible, round and round and round getting nowhere...

They're now carrying a brand called cocus pocus that is literally crap you can get off shein, temu, and aliexpress for a couple bucks saying it's worth $100. May want to rethink your branding decisions. Definitely not renewing after being a customer for 6 years.

Fab Fit Fun is a great subscription service where you get quality high-end beauty products and lifestyle items at a heavily discounted price. I have been receiving FFF for years and I love all of my boxes. The price for the annual subscription is amazing when you look at the items you are receiving and how often you are receiving them. Try it, you will love it!!
