"This is a total rip off"
This is a total rip off. I am a 71 year old woman, filled out the profile, indicated my preferences, etc. What I was sent in the Spring Box was: 2 little containers of plastic beads to string (such as you might get at Michaels for a 5 year old), a cheesy "CZ" bracelet which must be worth at least $.50, not one, but 3 night lip balms (which rub off on your pillow immediately), a bottle of oil called "hair destressor" (really?), and a 2 pack of tips for removing makeup. There were a few other basically non useful things also. But for $54 it was a total bust. Called and cancelled the subscription and was offered $20 off the next box, plus a "mystery" gift. Nice customer service but does not make up for the schlock products they are peddling. Oh yes, there are numerous "coupons" for other items to sign up for included in the box. Stay clear.

They gave me credit for the hair clips as i can't use them with short hair. It was nice of them to do that for me.

I love the seasonal boxes!! All kinda new products. Wonderful things that are very useful. Customer service is wonderful to work with if you ever have a concern.

"I am not very happy with the spring…"
I am not very happy with the spring box. It felt as though the items were not selected for me. I received 3 of one item and hair clips I could have bought for 1.34 at dollar tree. There was nothing special Luke a scarf or jewelry or writing set nothing. Out of the 8 items I will royally use 2. I world rather have had the R + C co shampoo and conditioner that I love and actually have tried to get.

Very understanding
A company that makes it easy and comfortable to trust. That don't happen often now a days. I was happy an satisfied with my products an promptness. Due to financial issues I had to stop and instead of drilling me was very compassionate an understanding. When my finances ease up I will definitely come back to FitFabFun. Highly recommend.

She was very polite and kind, but my issue wasn't resolved. I was hoping there will be an option for pausing my subscription but there wasn't :(
I hope you'll provide this option in the future
