I reactivated an old subscription and ordered a seasonal (single box) and then when prompted, accepted the upgrade option to the annual package of 4 boxes. I was charged for 5. I used the help/chat in the app and within a day, my money for the extra box was refunded. They were very quick to respond, friendly, understanding and helpful. I appreciate such great service and am looking forward to receiving my next box!! They always have the best items!!

I really like the experience all around. I’ve been doing it for a year now with the annual membership. The customization options are great every quarter, and the quality of what arrives is exactly as expected. I tend to splurge on skincare specifically, and the money I save on that has been a game changer. Support has always been great if I need them too. One of my girlfriends also does it and we team up to compare boxes sometimes :)

Have always had a great experience with with FFF! I love their products, subscriptions for products and I always have had great experience. If you need assistance with anything they are very prompt and helpful!! Most definitely my favorite is my FFF quarterly box to pick from amazing products.
