Total scam. I ordered 2 items and was never given a tracking number and they never responded to my enquiries asking what happened to my purchase. i had to contact my bank to dispute charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not a reputable company 66% of the reviewer are 1 star & negative review...This is what happened so far with me... and my email to their customer service Hello Melody, I just don't know what to say or think.
You have had my order now for over a month and no tracking information was sent and you still didn't supply any proof my order has been sent or gave any sort of a solution to the issue that is "out of stock".
What is the company going to do to make good on this issue?
Instead of banal email what is the solution to the fact you have taken $126.30 and not delivered anything and not even offered to resend immediately once in stock or to at least refund in full.
Why not step up and actually do something and call me to discuss or make good the original order?
There is no phone number for your company either. All red flags

I ordered a product that did not arrive in the stated timeframe. I gave it an extra 10 days and when it still hadn’t arrived I messaged the company. I got a response the next day with an apology and a full refund of my purchase. I greatly appreciate that kind of customer service.
