Insurance2Go provided me with a FAULTY replacement device. After contacting customer support to flag the issue, Insurance2Go told me that the 'new' device would have a one year manufacturer warranty. However, this was not the case. After several trips to Apple I have found out that the device was actually bought in 2021 and therefore the manufacturer warranty expired in 2022 - long before I had even submitted my claim for the new device. I am now left with a non-working phone that Apple is unable to repair and, even if they could repair it, I would have to pay the bill as the warranty expired over two years ago! I have requested that the company send me a working replacement device or at the very least provide me with a full refund on the £100 excess I paid on top of my policy payments for the replacement device. Insurance2Go have rejected both requests. SCAM.

I had problems buying a policy to cover my new iphone. Website didn’t work, so telephoned for help. Staff very helpful, but they had problems as well. Wasted a lot of time trying to sort it out - did work in the end.
