The online process was flawless and the insurance process is straightforward. Additionally, the 20% discount is fantastic. However, it would be beneficial to develop an app for iOS and Android to attract more customers.

Absolutely poor insurance company DO NOT USE AVOID.
Phone fell and stopped working xmas day waited 2 days until they opened to be told they need a proof of purchase, proof of usage and other info, had the phone 3 months and with festive period having to go through this is shambles and a shame when clearly I explained all that has happened to my phone. They expect you to call everyone and get info.

Just Avoid them as they are rubbish company who rob ur money and can't provide cover.

Unfairly refused my claim of phone stolen from my 15 year son at school. They tried to hide behind "reasonable precautions" clause in T&C. Complained and asked for review of their unfair decision but they rejected and held their grounds. I complained to financial ombudsman who resolved they were unfair and unreasonable and had to pay the claim and £100 compensation. They disagreed and appealed. The appeal rejected their objections and held the earlier ruling to pay the claim and £100 compensation. The final decision was binding and claim was paid with the compensation. I will not recommend any business with these company and advise to look for better options elsewhere
