Awful experience. I paid for insurance, money taken out and I didn’t get my policy documents. I had to send a bank statement that had shown the money had been taken

After successfully taking monthly payments for around half a year, they refused to cover my lost laptop because I am not a permanent resident in the UK. So if you’re on a visa or hold Pre-Settled status, avoid them at all cost
