I just got a new phone after my last gave up the ghost. I liked the old phone it was not insured and to claim on my home insurance would be over £300, alot on the excess. So this time I insured it seperately. I had a look at both comparison websites and web searches. Insurance2go was one of two which were the easiliest to navigate with clear wording and policy statement. Insurance2go won out over the price which was very competative.

Avoid!!! Avoid this company!!!!! I don't knew about excess, my wife bought this insurance. I have old phone samsung galaxy s21 ultra. I open claim,and I see now I need to pay excess 150.00£, just for back glass cover replacement. (refurbished S21 ultra now cost around 150-200£) , This is absurd... Paying 10£ each month for nothink. I already canceled this insurance . Now all insurances for cheap items will cancel too. Got lesson, thanks to this company. They now say ,they inform customers about excess, but I do not received from them any email.
Never again with them!!! BYE,BYE!!!!!!!

I have just upgraded my phone and looked for a new competitive insurance. I have had no issues with my previous provider, they have been really good. However seeing all the great reviews I thought why not give I2Go a chance. Wow, such an easy seamless process for instant cover (if you meet the criteria, ie age etc). Superb 😊
